Title His Majesty's Postmaster-General, in carrying into effect a more frequent and expeditious delivery of letters by the penny-post, : have established the following regulations: Instead of five principal penny-post offices in London as heretofore, there are now two principal offices only, namely the Chief, which is removed to and held in Abchurch-Lane, Lombard-street, and the Westminster, removed to and held in Gerrard-Street, Soho.
