Following the "Prayer for the Queen" are extra prayers beginning on F3 recto with "A prayer for mortification and holiness" reprinted from STC STC 6689.2; on I4 verso-K2 recto are the quotations of Dering and verses by T.N. reprinted from Dd2 of STC 6731. Most copies are found as part 4 of STC 6677--STC.
