A reissue of the first Latin edition, with added pages 611-638, [2], "probably pub[lishe]d early in 1620"--STC. This state of the addition lacks colophon on p. 3H3v.
The leaves preceding quire "a" occur in one or more of the following forms: (1) a bifolium with "Opera regia" on one page, the others blank; (2) a bifolium with a portrait of King James on the first verso and an engraved title on the second recto; (3) same as (2), with "Opera regia" on the first recto; (4) a bifolium, first recto bearing the royal arms in woodcut, the second bearing the letterpress title page as above. The pagination above assumes only one of these is present, but copies are known with two or three. See "Edinburgh Bib. Soc. Transactions", III (1948), p. 25-27.
The last leaf is blank.
