Author Thémines, Pons de Lauzière, marquis de, approximately 1553-1627.
Title The coppy of a letter written by the Lord of Themines, Seneschall of Quercy : to the lord marshall Matignon, the kings lieuetenant generall in Guyenne, concerning the battaile at Villemure, and the victory atchieued against the ennemies of his maiesty. Also, a decree of the court of parliament sittinge at Chaalons, against a rescript in forme of a bull, directed to the Cardinal of Plaisance, and published by the rebels in Paris, in October last. Faithfully done into English by E.A. Hereunto are adioyned, the reportes of certiane letters, of newes out of France, and Sauoya.
