Note Wholly engraved.
Leaves printed on recto only, with the exception of leaf 53, which has three lines of music with heading "For the lute" on verso.
The four leaves following 32 are all numbered 33.
Cf. Wing (2nd ed.), which suggests 1695 as actual publication date.
Text seems continuous despite pagination.
Gaps in page numbers have been filled in in manuscript.
