"A vvife, not ready made, but bespoken, .. The second edition: .. London, printed for A.R. 1653" (B-C) has separate title page and pagination. It was also separately issued as Wing A4285, and is identified as Thomason E.1439[2].
"A Christmass-carol. 1645", [2] p. at end.
Annotation on Thomason copy: "Jan 5 1653"; the '4' in imprint date is crossed out and replaced with a "3".
