Register is continuous throughout the remainder of the volume, but part 2 has separate pagination, and parts 3 and 4 are numbered consecutively.
Printer and place of publication attribution, publisher's name, and actual publication date from STC.
Roman numeral date is made with turned C's.
Ornament on general title page varies: bunch of fruit or burning heart with "IHS"; Cambridge University Library has both variants--STC.
