Note The Geneva version of the Old Testament, translated by William Whittingham, Anthony Gilby, Thomas Sampson, and perhaps others (lacking the Apocrypha); Laurence Tomson's revision of the Geneva version of the New Testament, and his translation of Franciscus Junius' translation of Revelation. Includes also Joachim Camerarius's and Pierre Loyseleur's annotations on the New Testament.
"The second part of the Bible containeth these bookes" and "The New Testament of our Lord Iesus Christ" have caption title pages; register is continuous, but there is new foliation.
At foot of title: Cum priuilegio.
A variant of STC 2212, the edition in which John vi. 67 misprints 'Judas' for 'Jesus'. In this edition the misprint has been corrected.
