Editor's preface, signed Licentius Evangelus [pseud.] and dated 1522, is variously attributed to Beatus Rhenanus, Valentinus Curio, and Ulrich Zwingli.
Quire a has an extra leaf containing a translator's note.
Leaf d4 is cancelled.
Leaf 140 misnumbered 1340.
The last leaf bears Marshall's coat of arms on both recto and verse.
