The words "He descended into hell" are enclosed in square brackets on the title page.
Second printer's name conjectured by STC; "apparently Eld pr[inted]. only [par.]1-E8".
The second book has separate dated title page and pagination; register re-commences on 2A1. "Scripture, against Lymbo-mastix" (no title page or caption title) begins new pagination on 3A1.
