Title Two ordinances of the Lords and Commons assembled in Parliament. : One for the Lord Major of the city of London, and the Justices of the Peace for the city, and parts adjacent, to suppresse stage-playes, interludes, and common playes, and commit the actors to the gaole, to be tryed at the next sessions, to be punished as rogues. The other for setling of the major, and sheriffes, and establishing officers for the city of Chester. And also for indempnifying of the charter of the city.
