Title Neutrality condemned, : by declaring the reasons vvhy the deputy-lieutenants, intrusted by the Parliament for Cheshire, cannot agree to the treaty of pacification made by some of that county: at Bunbery, December, 23. 1642. And may serve to prevent the like in other counties.
