Title A iust complaint, or loud crie, of all the vvell-affected subiects in England. : Against that false and scandalous pamphlet, intituled, A complaint to the House of Commons, and resolution taken up by the free Protestant subjects of the cities of London and Westminster, and the counties adjacent. In which answer is given to all obiections that doe arise, concerning the late ordinance of Parliament, for the levying of the twentieth part of mens estates, towards the maintainance of the forces that are raised by them, for the defence of the King and Parliament: and the law sufficiently manifested and cleared.
