Imperfect: lacks preliminary pages (all after A1, 1st sequence) and G6-7 (2nd sequence, p. 151-154); pages cropped and stained, B1 (2nd sequence, p. 21) has hole with loss of text, heavy print show throughout G (2nd sequence) with significant loss of text.
