Note In two parts; "A treatise of anger", originally published in 1600 as "Spiritual physicke to cure to diseases of the soule, arising from superfluitie of choller, prescribed out of Gods word", has separate pagination, register, and title page with imprint: London: printed by T. E[ast]. for William Welby, dwelling in Paules-Church-yard at the signe of the Grayhound. 1609. Since East was dead by 7 November 1608, the title page to part 2 is apparently post dated. Printer's name from STC.
The first leaf is blank.
Imperfect: item at reel 1136:2 is part 2 only.
