Part 1: Page 10 misnumbered 15; page 15 is followed by an additional page, numbered 15b; page 16 is followed by 3 additional pages, numbered 16b, 16c and 16d.
Copies vary considerably. Title page in 3 states: imprint reading "Londini, in ædibus J. Daij"; a variant, omitting imprint, dated "An. Dom. 1572"; and another setting. omitting imprint, dated "Anno Domini 1572". Parker added to and rearranged the contents. Early and late issues at the British Library and the Cambridge University Library. Latter usually includes errata, lives of Augustine and Parker, list of books given to the Cambridge University Library by Parker in 1574--STC.
