In several parts with individual dated title pages: The Residue of Contemplations, pp. 85-292, has in turn separate undated title pages. All title pages are dated 1634 apart from The olde religion, which is dated 1633.
Two sequences of pagination, second sequence begins with The olde religion.
In first sequence of pagination: page 30 misnumbered "28"; p. 305 misnumbered "105"; p. 339 misnumbered "327"
