The ventilation problems the Library has experienced over the past week have been largely fixed so most areas including the tower and Reading Room should now be a more comfortable temperature.
We apologise for any discomfort caused. Please speak to a member of the Library team if you have any questions or concerns.
One library lift is currently unavailable as part of the ongoing upgrade project. Due to essential engineering works there may be times that only one tower lift is operational. To find out more visit the library lift upgrade page Library Lift Upgrade Project.
