Scopus is the largest abstract and citation database and covers peer-reviewed literature in the health sciences, life sciences, physical science, and social sciences.
It provides access to 29,000+ peer-reviewed active journals (including Gold Open Access); preprints; patents; conference proceedings; trade publications; and book series.
Patents are included from five major patent offices: European Patent Office (EPO); Japanese Patent Office (JPO); UK Intellectual Property Office (UK IPO); US Patent Office (USPTO); World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
